Approach

As a counselor, I am passionate of doing everything in my power to help everyone reach their goals. I believe every person has a unique story and meet each client with interest, motivation and respect. I strive to provide empathic, individualized, and ethical care to my clients. I approach every client differently to provide the best services that reach your personality, strengths, and understanding.

I focus on listening to you and learn about who you are to help create the best counseling approach for you. I utilize motivational techniques to help push you in the right direction while also being there to professionally hold you accountable.

One of my true beliefs is you get as much out of therapy as the amount of effort you put into it and understanding it sometimes isn’t a easy process and that is okay.
I utilize a combination of solution focused, strength-based approaches, problem solving. and evidence-based practices to help you learn ways to handle and gain knowledge on whatever life is throwing at you.

My goal is to provide a safe and collaborative space for my clients by using self-compassion, active listening, and a non-judgmental stance while meeting you where you are.
