Psychological Assessments & Evaluations

We offer comprehensive, high-quality assessments customized to client needs. Below is our standard fee schedule. All fees are cash pay, unless otherwise noted.  Insurance is accepted only for specific ASD and ADHD evaluations. Coverage is limited and varies by policy.​

 

ADHD Evaluation only: $1200

​

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Evaluation only: $1800

​​​

Cognitive (IQ) Assessment: only $900

​

ASD or ADHD + IQ (bundle): $2200

 

Full Evaluation (IQ + Academic Achievement): $2800

​

Turnaround Options

  • Standard (3–4 weeks): included

  • Priority (10 business days): + 15%

  • Expedited (5 business days): + 30%

Payment Policy

  • A 50% deposit is due at scheduling, and the remaining balance is due at the time of assessment.

  • Final reports are completed once all insurance processing and payments are finalized. If a balance remains, a brief testing summary may be provided confirming that testing was completed. The full interpretive report will be finalized and released once administrative matters are resolved.

  • Final cost may vary if additional testing or an expanded scope is needed; clients will be notified in advance.​
