Something about your life is just not working right now, and that’s okay. Maybe you’ve tried to change it, maybe you haven’t had any idea where to start. Let’s take a look together. You are the expert on your life. I bring the clinical knowledge and support to help you move toward where you want to go. Together, we can work toward creating a happier, healthier, more authentic, and fulfilling life.

I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals and women who have spent much of their lives feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, “too much,” or never quite fitting into the expectations placed upon them. Many people have learned to mask, overextend themselves, or push through burnout just to get by. Therapy can become a space where you no longer feel pressured to perform or explain yourself constantly.

I will help you identify what is no longer serving you while also recognizing the strengths you’ve carried all along. You are more capable than you know. I can help equip you with tools to become more self-aware, balance thoughts and emotions, improve communication and relationships, navigate sensory and emotional overwhelm, set realistic goals, and feel more confident in your ability to move through life in a way that actually works for you.

I’m here to offer support, kindness, curiosity, and a listening ear. I am committed to helping you grow through what you’re going through. It’s important to have someone on your team and rooting for you. I’d be honored to be one of those people.

ABOUT

Absolute nerd, book lover, gardening connoisseur, and tea enthusiast!

I aim not only to simplify areas in our lives, but also to help uncover the beauty in those quieter, everyday moments. There are times in our lives when we ache for change and have no idea how to begin creating it. That is perfectly okay. Life can get complicated.

As human beings, we are wired for adapting and surviving, and I want to help ensure that we are also thriving.

I have worked with individuals, families, adolescents, and young adults from many different walks of life. One thing remains true across all of them: we are deeply complex human beings who all deserve empathy, understanding, compassion, and a space where we can safely be ourselves.

I have a particular passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals, especially women and late-identified adults who may have spent years questioning themselves, minimizing their struggles, or feeling disconnected from their own needs. I believe therapy can help people better understand how their minds work, reconnect with themselves more compassionately, and build lives that feel more sustainable and authentic.

I am here to help make life feel even just a little more gentle and bright, while helping you reconnect with the light you’ve carried all along.
