I show up to therapy genuinely committed to your journey, with an open mind, and a whole lot of curiosity plus a willingness to gently challenge you in ways that support real growth. Change is scary and uncomfy. We will focus on small, meaningful steps because lasting change does not usually come from doing everything perfectly. It comes from consistently showing up, even on the days when you feel like you are doing the bare minimum. That still counts.

Relationships play a huge role in how we experience life. The ways we were loved, hurt, supported, or even overlooked can shape how we see ourselves and connect with others today. Sometimes we find ourselves repeating patterns or reacting in ways that do not quite make sense in the moment. Together, we will make sense of those patterns and work toward building connections that feel healthier and more aligned with who you are now.

My role is to help you recognize your strengths, understand yourself more, build practical tools, and support you as you move toward the goals we set together. Your comfortability means everything to me, and I take earning your trust seriously so we can figure this whole life thing out side by side. I believe in not only talking the talk, but walking the walk with you as well.

I strive to meet you exactly where you are while helping you to better understand yourself while also creating change that feels realistic and sustainable. My goal is to support you in building a life that feels more fulfilling, whatever that looks like for you.
ABOUT
Banana Matcha-Lover, Nature-Appreciator, Protein & Movement Prioritizer, Wife, Boy Mom, Mini-Doodle Mom
I always knew I wanted to work in psychology, I just wasn’t sure where I’d end up. Life had other plans first but here I am. I once thought I was headed the lawyer route, but a jurisprudence pre-law degree with a sociology minor, and a growing fascination with why people are the way they are led me to a master’s in clinical mental health. Turns out, I’m more interested in what leads people to courtrooms than the courtroom arguments themselves. No worries though, I’ll still advocate for you as if you were on trial. I believe our environments and relationships shape how we show up in the world, and the right support can open doors we didn’t know existed. My goal is to help you reconnect the dots that were skewed along the way, find your light again, and create meaningful change.

My husband and two boys are my favorite teammates and a daily reminder that teamwork, a dash of chaos and a whole lot of love truly matters. Outside of work, you’ll find me with my family, starting another project, watching anything crime related, and existing in nature.
