My mission is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore life’s challenges at your own pace. I believe that healing begins with feeling heard and understood, and I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment where you feel empowered to grow.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, strengths-based approaches, and an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or self-esteem issues, I’ll work collaboratively with you to build insight, resilience, and meaningful change. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I am committed to creating an inclusive, respectful environment where all identities and experiences are honored.

Together, we’ll honor your story and focus on your strengths, helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.

ABOUT

Cat Mom · Coffee Lover · Concert Goer · Auntie · Fangirl

I am an individually licensed therapist dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for healing and self-discovery. As someone who identifies within the LGBTQIA+ community, I understand how important it is to feel seen, respected, and supported in the therapeutic process. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, with experience working closely with individuals connected to the foster care system, as well as those navigating complex trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions.

Outside of my work, I’m a cat mom to two spirited companions, Harry and Laszlo. I love movies, reading, concerts, and traveling. My friends describe me as “funny,” “bright,” and often state, “there is no one like you.” Nature brings me peace, and the beach is my favorite place to recharge and reflect.

Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or returning to it, I’m here to support you with compassion and curiosity as we work together toward growth and healing.
