Approach
Collaborative, individualized, trauma informed, solution focused, CBT, and relational.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, individualized, and trauma informed. I integrate evidence based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution focused interventions, relational approaches, and strengths based care to help clients better understand themselves, build resilience, and move toward meaningful growth and healing.
Drawing from my professional experience working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, I value creating a therapeutic environment grounded in safety, empowerment, and trust. I believe therapy should meet clients where they are while helping them recognize and build upon their existing strengths.
I work alongside clients to navigate life’s challenges, process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, and develop practical tools that support long term emotional wellness and personal growth.
ABOUT
Nature Lover · Mom. Book Collector · Wanna-be Baker · Recipe Experimenter
Hi! My name is Andrea; I live in Fairmont with my husband and our three wild boys. I can usually be found watching a baseball game, playing with Legos and hot wheels, or soaking up the sunshine with my guys.

Some of my favorite things include my one-year-old corgi, Luna, Aldi, and my morning Dunkin’ run. I’d love a chance to work with you and help you overcome barriers to your healing.

P.S. Always be proud of your progress!
