I want therapy to feel like a place where you can breathe. My priority is to create a space that is safe, comfortable, and free of judgment. I welcome feedback and I’m quick to adjust anything that helps the process work better for you.

Everyone comes to therapy with different needs, comfort levels, and histories. I honor that by meeting you exactly where you are. Once, a client asked me not to look at them while they talked, so I turned my chair toward the wall. A few sessions later, they told me I didn’t need to do that anymore. That’s what therapy should be — responsive, personalized, and centered around what you need to feel secure.

My approach is eclectic because no single modality works for everyone. After 30 years in the mental health field, I’ve built a large toolbox and continue adding to it through ongoing training. I pull from whatever approach best supports your goals, your healing, and your pace.

ABOUT

Adventurer · Animal Lover ·  Music Lover ·  Closet Karaoke Singer

Counseling has always been a passion for me. I grew up facing difficult challenges without the support I needed, and those experiences shaped my commitment to this work. When I returned to college as an adult, I knew I wanted to become a counselor so others wouldn’t have to walk through their struggles alone the way I did.

Life places obstacles on everyone’s path. I’m passionate about helping people navigate those obstacles, find steadier ground, and move toward living a life that feels more hopeful and fulfilling. It’s an honor every time I get to watch someone reclaim their strength and step into a life that fits who they truly are.

You have more power than you realize. Seeking help isn’t weakness — it’s courage. And I’m here to walk that journey with you.
