I believe personal experience is the foundation of the way we view and live our lives.  Every experience impacts us in some way. Many of these experiences can impact functioning in negative ways and this is where I come into the picture.  Together with my clients, I develop evidence-based interventions designed to assist with recovery from these difficult experiences. Healing is a collaborative endeavor and the path towards feeling better is not an individual process but the fruit of collaborative engagement.  My goal is to help create lasting change and eliminate barriers impacting your desired outcomes so you can live your best life.

Suffering ceases to be suffering at the moment it finds a meaning” Viktor E. Frankl

Dad, music lover, puzzle solver.

I enjoy spending time with my son’s and engaging them in projects and experiences that will stretch their understanding and help them grow as human beings.  It is hard not to step in and offer my own hands when they struggle but allowing them to make mistakes and teaching them how to learn from their own experience has been among the most satisfying and fulfilling experiences in my life.
