I believe personal experience is the foundation of the way we view and live our lives.  Every experience impacts us in some way. Many of these experiences can impact functioning in negative ways and this is where I come into the picture.  Together with my patient’s, I develop evidence-based interventions designed to assist with recovery from these difficult experiences. Healing is a collaborative endeavor and the path towards feeling better is not an individual process but the fruit of collaborative engagement.  My goal is to help you create lasting change and to help you live a more fulfilling life;  your best life.

The last of the human freedoms - to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way.” Viktor E. Frankl

Husband, dad, music lover, puzzle solver.

I enjoy spending time with my family and engaging my children in projects and experiences that will stretch their understanding and help them grow as human beings.  It is hard not to step in and offer my own hands when they struggle but allowing them to make mistakes and teaching them how to learn from their own experience has been among the most satisfying and fulfilling experiences in my life.
