As a counselor, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, ethical, and client-centered care for individuals. I believe in cultivating a therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, validated, and supported in their journey toward healing and personal growth.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address negative self-talk and support behavior change with trauma clients. I integrate Internal Family Systems to promote autonomy and healing through a deeper understanding of the self. I tailor each treatment plan to the unique needs and goals of the client, emphasizing unconditional positive regard in the therapeutic relationship as the key to therapeutic progress.

I am committed to ongoing professional development and remain open to learning new modalities and evidence-based practices to ensure the highest standard of care

ABOUT

Coffee Fanatic ·  Friend, Lover of Audiobooks, Podcasts, and Puzzles

When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with friends or relaxing at a coffee shop. Before knowing I had the calling to become a therapist, I always enjoyed being a listening ear to my friends when they needed it. I firmly believe there is no greater feeling than walking through life’s challenges with someone and witnessing a breakthrough. No matter the size of the breakthrough, all breakthroughs are worth acknowledging and celebrating.
