Anna Sofranko
Story Lover, Resiliency teacher, anxiety Slayer, Emotional Healer, Thought Shifter, Chaos Calmer

Areas of Expertise
Trauma, Relationships, Healthy Dating, Getting Unstuck, Authenticity, Women's Issues, and Life Transitions.
Approach
Direct, collaborative, affirming, humanistic, client centered, and trauma-informed.
I am an interactive, supportive, and (gently) challenging therapist. I am passionate about challenging ourselves to utilize what we once saw as our weaknesses as a form of strength when used properly. Our busy lives leave us little time to process emotions, leaving disappointments, fears, resentment and pain no outlet until they reach overwhelming levels. I focus on earning your trust so that we can grapple with these difficult issues together. My approach focuses on creating lasting change to help you live a more thoughtful, fulfilling, and rewarding life.
