Take a moment to think about who you are and what you need to breath deeper and exhale with ease. When you find yourself living according to other people's "shoulds" or expectations, give yourself permission to pause. Sit in that space for just a moment, be curious and allow yourself to explore possibilities. Identify three things (values) that matter to you RIGHT NOW and then figure just one thing (action) that you can do to strengthen one value. Then do it. Later on, reflect on your choices and notice the sense of empowerment.
