Integrative, strength-based, client-focused rooted in Cognitive-Behavioral and Attachment Based Therapy.

Do you feel misunderstood? Feeling alone, unheard? Are you going through life holding on emotional pain and life events? Feeling out of control?  I’m here to help you through your journey. I believe that you are the expert on yourself, but it can be easy to forget when you’re struggling with depression, trauma, anxiety, poor self-esteem, or difficulty regulating your emotions or behaviors. I hold a judgment free, safe space with unconditional positive regard. I utilize an integrative approach that is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and informed by somatic-based practices, attachment theory, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and neuroscience. Understanding that I am here to accompany you on your journey, I work on building on your existing strengths and help address your goals. Working as a team, we can reshape the narrative of the past, take charge of the present, and help you build your life worth living. No matter what techniques I utilize, I am person-centered in my approach and draw on evidenced-based practices. Understanding that therapy can be challenging, uncomfortable, and scary, I will support you during this chapter of your journey to wellness.

Don’t ever look down, be comfortable with who you are, our flaws are what make us perfect.
